Estimated time: 5-10 minutes
If you only have a few cryptocurrencies or NFTs that you’d like to migrate over to SphereOne another option instead of recovering your wallet would be to send them directly to your wallets on the SphereOne platform.
Getting Started
Step 1: Click the hamburger button on the top left of the screen to access the navigation menu. Select the Profile page.
Step 2: Select the Linked Accounts wallet button on the Profile page.
Step 3: Select the wallet public address that you want to send the cryptocurrency or NFT to. Some of the wallets created by SphereOne support multiple networks. You can send crypto or NFTs to a SphereOne wallets from any compatible blockchain network. For example, if you wanted to send an NFT to SphereOne from Klaytn you will need to send that to the SphereOne wallet on Ethereum. Do not send it to the SphereOne wallet on Polygon, Flow, or Solana since Klaytn isn't a compatible blockchain network for those wallets.
SphereOne Wallet | Compatible Blockchain Networks |
ETHEREUM | Crypto/NFTs can only be sent to/from: ETHEREUM, EOS EVM, KLAYTN, FANTOM, GNOSIS |
POLYGON | Crypto/NFTs can only be sent to/from: POLYGON, AVALANCHE, OPTIMISM, ARBITRUM, BASE |
FLOW | Crypto/NFTs can only be sent to/from: FLOW |
SOLANA | Crypto/NFTs can only be sent to/from: SOLANA |
Helpful Tip: Make sure the wallet you are sending your cryptocurrency or NFT from corresponds to the same destination network. For example, if you send your cryptocurrency from your Solana wallet to your SphereOne Ethereum wallet you will lose those assets.
Step 4: You can view your cryptocurrencies and NFTs after sending them your SphereOne wallets on the Home page under the Accounts and Collectibles sections. In some cases, it may take a few minutes for those to show up on the Home page.
