tl;dr
We're really excited about all of the hard work that the team put into this sprint since it addresses one of the larger issues in the payment space and continues to raise the bar for user and developer experiences. More on that below.
Improving the payment experience with lower card minimums
One of the unique challenges of building a crypto payment platform that is viable globally is providing users with a low minimum payment method. This is especially true in countries like Vietnam or Venezuela where crypto utilization is extremely high but transaction amounts tend to be less than $1 USD. The payment space had largely figured out global payment support with a variety of payment options, but the card minimums remained too high for consumers in emerging countries to participate. Prior to this release, our lowest credit card minimum was around $4 USD. After this release, credit card minimums for crypto purchases will be $0.50 USD. This will inevitably increase participation from crypto and non-crypto savvy users in emerging countries where enthusiasm is the highest and fiat-to-crypto micro payments aren't widely available.
New features
💳 New Credit Minimums: SphereOne users can now enjoy lower credit card minimums for crypto purchases (e.g. $0.50 minimum spend per transaction).
🚀 DFK Chain Support: SphereOne now fully supports DFK Chain. This means that upon account creation, users are issued self-custody wallets on DFK Chain. Additionally, users can use liquidity on DFK Chain to pay for things across different chains or can settle transactions on DFK Chain in $JEWEL with cross chain liquidity.

🧩 Non-deterministic Immutable Wallets: SphereOne now supports both new and legacy wallets on Immutable. Users can import or export those wallets easier and leverage those for NFT transfers, payments, etc.
🚏 Updated Pay Route Estimation and Caching for Token Balances: Users should notice more a more fluid user experience when viewing the payment details for cross chain transactions or when viewing their token balances.
📲 PIN Code Recovery: Users can now recover or reset their PIN code with an SMS sent to their mobile phone registered with their SphereOne account.
Fixed issues
🏎️ Fixed a race condition that was introduced in certain circumstances when users paid again when the stage was processing.
🥷 Restricted the scope of actions for unverified users to prevent platform abuse.
